The Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI), founded in 1949, is a non-profit organization that provides a marketplace for discussing food and drug law issues through conferences, publications and member interaction. FDLI s scope includes food, drugs, animal drugs, biologics, cosmetics, diagnostics, dietary supplements, medical devices and tobacco. FDLI s Mission is to provide education, training, and publications on food and drug law; act as a liaison to promote networking as a means to develop professional relationships and idea generation; and ensure an open, balanced marketplace of ideas to inform innovative public policy, law and regulation. FDLI publishes the quarterly, peer-reviewed Food and Drug Law Journal presenting in-depth scholarly analysis of food and drug law developments (coming soon to the app); Update magazine providing members with concise analytical articles on cutting edge food and drug law issues (coming soon to the app); Primers offering practical, how-to guidance on contemporary food and drug law topics (now available); the biweekly Food and Drug Policy Forum addressing policy issues (available at www.fdli.org); and numerous new books each year (now available). In addition to publications, FDLI holds more than 30 in-person and webinar conferences on topics related to food and drug law. Our annual offerings include: Annual Conference; Advertising & Promotion (medical products); Enforcement, Litigation and Compliance; Food Week; Introduction to Food, Drug and Medical Device Law and Regulation (three separate courses); and advanced courses in food and drug law and regulation.
